When Jane Segall, president of Jock and Winnie, started J&W, she needed to create a sense of tradition and capability that would convince clients that she could provide better service than the national chains in the residential real estate industry.

Most residential brokers are independent contractors for those big firms. Some are just part-timers -- Jock and Winnie could offer better service because they worked with only a handful of clients at a time. J&W provided a premium service, but they had to overcome the perception that big was better.

ATG created a corporate identity and web site to address these strategic challenges. We partnered with PlazaDesign and the fashion photographer, Jayson Byrd, and achieved a terrific result.
