When the Philadelphia Museum of Art was looking for innovative ways to promote their Matisse exhibit, ATG came up with the idea of engaging local muralists to create murals inspired by the exhibit.
Five Artists. Five Murals. Five Weeks.
Director Robert Steven Williams and cinematographer, Carl Timpone put together an engaging eight episode series featuring the exhibit curator, Mathew Affron and the five artists, that generated a buzz on social media as well as a genuine connection with the community. The Museum created this landing page on their website to memorialize the project.
